How glaciers are made.
The compaction and accumulation of falling snow is the begging of glaciers. After years of this snow staying on the ground, air pochets get small and the dencity of the snow is heaver.
The snow is like suger cristals. Inside the glaciers there is water and Ice. The whole prosses takes over a few hundres years.
